Why the Demands of Postmaster Cadre are not mentioned as strike demands/
Departmental Council.
Atleast it might have mentioned in the present strike demands in such a
way to settle the unsettled demands of previous strikes.
What happens If all the Postmaster Grade I/II/III officials do not
partcipate in strike and demotiave the juniors in such a way that
the Trade Unions are against to the early promotions to the juniors
through LDCEs and the Trade Unions are upholding the spirit of
directorate that is the Operative Staff should not enter into
Administrative line.
Please send the above matter to the follwing email ids Secretary
Generals of both the federations
Send the same to other Postmaster Cadre Officials also.
